BB and CC creams are the biggest thing in beauty right now, they make your skin look flawless while delivering AMAZING benefits!! No wonder everyone loves them...but which one is best for you? I have the perfect guide to help you figure out which cream is best for your skin.
What is a BB/CC cream?
BB and CC creams are multi-taskers for your skin... they prime, hydrate, protect, perfect, and give you skincare benefits. These all-in-one creams were formulated to do the job of your moisturizer, primer, sunscreen, skin treatment, and foundation saving you time, counter space, and MONEY.
What is the difference between a BB cream and a CC cream?
BB stands for Beauty Balm or Blemish Balm. A BB cream treats your skin's appearance with high levels of skincare ingredients. BB creams were originally created in Germany as post-precedure creams for patients who went through laser surgery.
CC stands for Color Corrector or Color Care. CC creams are meant to address issues such as redness, sallowness or uneven skin tone. First developed in Korea for discoloration. CC creams tend to be lighter in texture than the BB creams.
*Decide whether you need a BB cream or CC cream...if you have redness or uneven skin tone a CC cream is best for you otherwise BB cream is the way to go!
